SHT C-04 · terms
Terms,
briefly.
These terms apply to this website and to the applications Laldinsoft Ltd builds and runs for its own internal use. By using either, you accept them.
Who can use our apps
Our apps are internal tools, not public products. They are open only to people Laldinsoft has authorised — staff, contractors and partners — and only for work with or for Laldinsoft. We may grant, change or withdraw access at any time, with or without notice.
Using them properly
- Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- Do not try to reach data, accounts or parts of a system you have not been given.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or interfere with the apps or the systems behind them.
- Do not use them for anything unlawful, or to upload anything you have no right to share.
What belongs to whom
The apps, this website, and the Laldinsoft name and marks belong to Laldinsoft Ltd. What you put into an app stays yours; you allow us to store and process it only so the app can do its job. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle it.
Some features rely on services from others, such as Google. Using those features means accepting those providers' own terms too.
Liability
We look after our apps carefully, but provide them as they are and as available. We do not promise they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Laldinsoft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from their use.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes, law, and asking us
We may update these terms; the current version is always here, dated below. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Questions go to info@laldinsoft.com or to Laldinsoft Ltd, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.
